Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about gutters, guards and drainage on the Gulf Coast.
What size gutters are best for Pensacola homes?
Many Pensacola-area homes do best with 6" gutters because they carry more water during our heavy downpours. 5" gutters still work well on smaller, simpler rooflines. We look at roof area, pitch, valleys and downspout placement before recommending a size.
Are seamless gutters better?
Yes, for most homes. Seamless gutters are formed in one continuous run per section, so there are far fewer joints to leak. Corners and downspout outlets still need sealed connections, which we install and check.
Can you add gutters to a house that never had them?
Yes. We check the fascia, rooflines and where water currently lands, then design a layout that moves runoff away from the foundation, walkways and landscaping.
Should I repair or replace my gutters?
Small leaks, loose hangers and separated joints can usually be repaired. Widespread corrosion, sagging, repeated leaks or gutters pulling off the fascia usually mean replacement makes more sense. We will tell you which one you actually need.
Are gutter guards worth it?
If you have oaks, pines or other trees nearby, usually yes. Guards keep most leaves and needles out so water keeps flowing. They reduce maintenance but do not eliminate it β an occasional check is still smart.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are free and come with a clear written price. Call (850) 708-8473 or use the form to book one.
Do you work with builders and contractors?

Do you offer a military discount?
Yes β 10% for active duty, veterans and military families. Mention it when you book your estimate and show a valid military ID.
Will it be expensive?
Every job is priced in writing before any work starts, so you know the number up front. The estimate is free and there is no obligation.
How long does installation take?
Most homes are done in a day once materials are on site. We confirm timing with your written estimate.
